Introductory/Beginner Program

 

Our introductory program is great for anyone that is looking to get started out in the right direction with your fitness. This program takes an approach of teaching and executing proper exercise movement patterns, while adding in mobility and flexibility exercises. You will be working directly in the supervision of a trainer in which we will take you through a proper warm up, go through the exercises that we have planned for the day, and wrap it all together with a proper cool down to make sure you are leaving the gym feeling better than when you first came in!
