Hey everyone! I was reading the paper this morning and saw that Cedar Crest College is offering cooking classes this summer in their new kitchen. They are small group cooking classes with the goal of helping us make healthy meals at home. The classes are 3 hours each, $60 a piece, and you can sign up for individual classes or the whole 5-class series.
June 28 --> Soups, Stocks, and Sauces (Wednesday 6-9p)
July 15 --> Roasting and Baking (Saturday 9a-12p)
July 26 --> Sautéing, Frying, and Stir-frying (Saturday (9a-12p)
August 12 --> Grilling and Broiling (Saturday 9a-12p)
August 26 --> Braise, Boil, Poach, and Steam (Saturday 9a-12p)
I thought this would be a good way for us to bond outside the gym while still supporting a healthy lifestyle! Let me know if you're interested!

The best thing about Cedar Crest College which impresses me is that they often start different kind of classes in their college to prepare students well. Read ukessays review to know how to write essays. Now, I once again surprised to know that they also commenced cooking classes in their college and also issued degree to students.
I am glad to be here. Genius
