Kyle received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University. While at Bloomsburg University, he spent three years working as a strength coach for a high school soccer team. He also spent over 1,000 hours at a Spinal Cord injury center working with quadriplegics and paraplegics. After graduating he increased his fitness experience obtaining roles as a Personal Trainer and Head of the Athletic Performance and Development of a local gym. His other certifications include; Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, and Underground Strength Coach.
Kyle is a firm believer in passion and work-ethic. He holds his clients accountable, and pushes them to become the best that they can be, both physically and mentally. Fitness is a life-long commitment that must be kept up with both inside and outside of the gym. With Kyle's programming and resources, each and every client will be able to push themselves to achieve goals and milestones they once long doubted.
